Hi Everyone! I have a quick question. I love the PMS Supplement, but there is some confusion as to how often you take it. I was taking it just the week prior to that delightful time of the month and a couple days during my cycle.
I readsomewhere on these boardsthat maybe you are suppose to take it daily?? I've experienced some wonderful benefits just using it as I am - but I'd like to hear what everyone else is doing or recommending as well.

You take the supplement daily. The Proleif is taken on certain days of the month.
