Hi everyone,
I just started working for Leapforce. And I mean literally just started. I just completed my first hour of work yesterday and my Avg. Tasks per hour was really low. Not really concerned since it was my first time. This morning I started again and I was working much more efficiently, but after completing just 5 tasks I haven't able to acquire anymore URL tasks. So right now I'm sitting around clicking refresh every few minutes to see if a URL rating task becomes available. I'm concerned about getting my avg. up to the requisite TPH, but this is hard to accomplish when you're sitting around waiting for tasks to become available. Is this something I should be concerned about? Should I log out when tasks aren't available instead of hitting refresh? Also, how long did it take you to get your TPH avg. to the min. requirement?
Thanks!

When work is not available, I log out so it will not affect my TPH. I just log out and then click on to refresh to see if more tasks are available. You don't need to log back in when you are checking. Just close the login box. Most of the time there are plenty of tasks to work on. I have been with the company since September and only a few time there were a shortage of tasks. For the first month, I found it was a little difficult to get my monthly TPH up in teh acceptable range. I started in the middle of September so I don't know if the calculation for the TPH took that into consideration. I have no problem meeting the TPH daily or monthly now. After doing it for a few weeks, you get more familiar with the tasks and you should be up to speed. Good Luck!

I know when I first started, along with others, there was a limited amount of tasks for the first few weeks. They take into consideration that you are new and give a little leniency for the first month.
You will find that as you go along you will learn the various tasks and become quicker at doing them.
Rule of thumb... if you are not directly working on a task, log out from the toolbar. This means reading instructions, talking on the phone, getting coffee, etc.
As long as you are logged in you are being timed.
Read the FAQ's and policies on your Agent log in page and you will see the task productivity times that we are expected to adhere to.
