I am looking for an expert with wordpress. Specifically someone that is familiar with the many different plugins and widget -- and all that the CMS can do. I am needing someone to pitch some work to as projects come up. I currently have a wordpress project on the table that needs some attention.

You can outsource this one. There are so many experts out there. Find some freelancing sites and outsource it.
