Was anyone here on the vip webinar last week? And have you seen the pdf that has all the new level requirements? I find some of it very confusing and I wonder if anyone has gotten an explanation from their directors.

For example: Requirements to be a vip are 3 recruits, $500 in personal sales, $1,000 in team sales. I assumed the sales are for commission purposes, but that doesn't seem to be the case as commission rates are set up different, ranging from 4-8% if team sales are $500-4,000.

So...if our team doesn't do $1,000 in sales, are we not vip's anymore? It's very confusing.

I haven't seen anything on the requirements for VIP. Sounds like from what you said here that you won't be paid commissions if the required sales volumes are not met not sure if you'll remain VIP. In this case, I will lose my VIP status because I definitely don't meet the team sales volumes. Oh well!

This is what I"m not sure about. I understand not getting commissions if our team sales aren't high enough. But I'm wondering if we will lose our vip status (ie: 50% auto discount) if we don't have team sales. It's very confusing. That's why I'm hoping there is either a Director on here, or someone who has spoken to their director, to explain the info to me.

Someone else on the vip webinar last week told me she heard them say that we will be paid commissions in the month they are earned. I was on the webinar, but I didn't hear that. I must have missed that. How can they pay you for the month you are in? How is that even possible? I don't get that.

from what I understand, the VIP requirements are $1000 in team sales to qualify to become a VIP, with your 3 recruits and $500 personal sales.

For every month that you have personal sales of $500 ( not $450 and $900 as it is now) you will get a commission on your team volume.

As long as you have 3 active recruits, you will have the 50% discount,

In January, each new VIP will get a $100 bonus for promoting to VIP ( with $500 personal sales and $1000 team sales ) And you will get a $100 bonus for every time one of your personal recruits promotes to VIP.

Your commission rate is based on personal recruits sales volume
$500-$1999 = 4%
$2000-3999 = 6%
$4000+ = 8%

You can also earn a Qualified Team Recruiting bonus
when you have 2 personal qualified recruits, and a total of
3 team qualified recruits, $50 bonus
6 team qualified recruits, $100 bonus

With each level you move up, Sr VIP with 6 , Executive VIP with 9, there are more ways to earn money.

ok...this is where I"m confused. And hopefully I am making this more difficult than it really is.

Where it says to be a vip you need $500 personal sales, $1k team sales and 3 recruits....is that every month? Or is that just to qualify as a vip initially?

I am currently a vip, with 4 active recruits. So come Jan 1, I will be a "lower level" vip. Do I need to have 500 personal and 1,000 team sales in Jan to continue being a vip come February?

And what are the requirements to stay active.... still $100 every 4 months?
