I dont have a land line but I was wondering if I can use skype or yahoo phone for any jobs online?

I use Skype for my outbound phone clients so unless rules state you can't use VOIP, I say go ahead and do it.

There were a few on livework. I believe outbound calls to new business signup customers (or something similar). You may want to check there.
