View Full Version : Resolved Wrong

Have any of you ever run into a task that you know resolved wrong (despite your best efforts to the contrary). It seems that sometimes basic rating concepts are ignored by some people. I stood my ground, but it was too late. The task resolved even before my input was posted. Sooo irritating.

I have one resolving task that comes back and I dont understand what to do. How come it keeps coming back?

I have found the best way to move resolution along is to back up my reasoning by citing the guidelines used. This helps because then the other raters can see my train of thought and help me understand where I went wrong or realize where they went wrong.

If that doesn't help, I will ask other raters specific questions to explain his/her reasoning. I always try to do so as nicely as possible so it doesn't seem like I'm insulting by disagreeing. This method has seemed to work well.

I also try to give top priority to unresolved tasks as they go boldface to indicate a new response. Prompt attention really moves things along.
