I'm near the end of my term with WFL and have recently applied for another job. They want a referencing from my last employer and I'm not quite sure how that would work with WFL. Have any of you ever used them as a reference? Sine we work remotely, they have never actually met us or really even talked to us. Thoughts, advice?

I used them as an employee reference when I refinanced my house. They verified my employment with them and my loan was approved. I've never talked to anyone directly at WFL either! I just used the address/phone number given when I was initially hired. I might give them a call and ask them if there is a name you can use along with their address/phone number. I'm sure they would do it for you.
