I am a Google Ads Rater (LOVE it!) and had also applied for LB Rater at the same time back in August. Got an email from LB saying that they will be hiring again and to let them know if I'm still interested.
Is it possible to do both or is that a violation of contract? Is it worth it?

I believe there is a non-compete in the contract, you may want to refer to it.

I got the same email. Is the Freelance Rater the same as a rater for WFL or LF (I'm currently with LF)?
