Okay- went to do a drop off this morning- the dilemia is that she had tried a new lancome product last wk and she broke out- she wants to try our stuff b/c she is ready for a switch- should she wait to try product until rash is gone or go ahead-- I told her I would get back with her this afternoon on when to start- I was also thinking maybe giving her some rej crm to use on her face and neck - do you think that would help???any and all comments are WELCOME!!!

Did she just break out with pimples or did she break out in a rash?

Cinei- it was like a rash- did not see any pimple like areas- mainly looked irritated

I would recommend that she doesn't try a new product until that has cleared up. The rej cream couldn't hurt and I know that it has helped many people's rashes before.

I, too, would wait for the rash to clear up. If it looked pretty bad, she may want to see her doctor. I had a client get a facial (not with one of our products) and she had a TERRIBLE rash! It lasted for over a week. I was inclined to give her some rej cm but decided against it because she looked really bad and I wanted to make sure she wouldn't attribute ANYTHING to A****. So, I waited for her to clear up and then everything went well.

Lucky for me the client wanted to make sure she got full benefit of the system so she thought as I did to not do system right now- I am going to check back with her after weekend and see how she is- she also did not want the rash to interfere with her perception of how our products worked- once she clears up I know she is going to love our stuff- she also will not be one to blink at the price and can afford to get additional products as well- kind of client been trying to get alot of!!!!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif
