I am in southern CA and having a hard time selling and getting spa bookings. Free gifts and discounts like 20% off don't make much impact. I wonder what the problem is. Is it me? the area? Or the bad economy?

I'm having a much easier time booking IFL facials and turning them into 1+ 2 friends
I have more IFL's on my calendar then Big spa's

HI Laura, thank you for sharing. Do you just promote IFL spa instead of the general Spa Escape Party? I am a stay home mom with 16 month old daughter so my clientelles are mostly in their 30s. I have tried IFL on them but they don't get those dramatic results. I promoted Microderm and Chem peel but they would rather spend $$ on kids... urrhhhhhhhhhhh....
