Anyone heard about the upcoming changes to the career plan? All Exec Dir and above are in Dallas this week.

Only thing I've heard is that in order to become a director now, all you will have to do is $12,000 in two months with 3 VIPs!

Is that the DIQ process or is that to start the DIQ process?

From what I understand--the DIQ process is being eliminated...

I'm hoping there are some changes to both Unit Manager and Director
There's a big jump from VIP to Unit Manager

Even to be UM you had to place such a big order ($1100) cdn, before you were considered one. It didn't make it worthwhile.

How exactly can the diq process be eliminated? $12000 in two months is a lot. That's probably why I am not a director.

Is it $12000 per month totaling $24000 or $6000 each month for 2 months totaling $12000?

I think this is great! If someone wants to get started really fast and go full-time with it, why draw it out for 6 months where they aren't getting paid much for their work? 2 months is much better. DIQ was hell. I went through it for 18 months. Nobody will miss it, I'm guessing.

I hope they do something with the 10 qualified recruits (like get rid of it!!) That was very difficult. I hated giving away my spa sales just to qualify them (giving the guests a deal). I don't know how else people could do it.

This is moving more in the direction of network marketing. You get promoted when you help other people move up in the business. So getting 3 VIP's is teaching directors to duplicate themselves, which is smart, because it's leverage. You're still getting those recruits on your team, but you're not the only one recruiting. This is a good change. If they didn't change the breakaway plan, then VIP is as far as they'll want them to go. Anybody hear anything about that?

I have very sketchy details and don't want to put it all out. BUT, it looks really good. More money at VIP for VIP's with team volume. Higher commissions and bonuses for volume and recruitint qualified consultants. I guestimate as much as $500 for VIP's with $3 k in team volume including your sales. More details in Dec. Program goes into play in Jan. Noe is the time to build to VIP and beyond! Good luck in this wonderful biz!

Oh that would be good that they include your sales as part of your team sales. My August was pathetic because I did all the work in my sales volumes but my team only did $330 and my commission was $13!!!!!!! Geez, thanks but no thanks!
It also would be great if they would make the purchase of the kit a volume added to your sales volumes so you could be paid on it as well.

From what I've heard:

VIP 3 consultants
Sr VIP 6 consultants
Exec VIP 9 consultants
Director ~ 18 personal recruits, 3 VIPs & 2 consecutive months of 12,000 in team volume.

Director minimum team sales of 8,000 monthly

All Compensation plan changes start January 1.

Begining in January, at every level, you will recieve your highest level of commission with only $500 in retail sales, Sr consultant through all levels of Directorship.

I feel like all of these changes are just making us stronger. I think we have a great plan now, the spa party has worked really well for me and my team and each change is only making us stronger and making it easier to move forward and make more money at all levels.

Hey Sheri! I was really suprised by the $500 a month, it seems so low. I always joke that I can sell $1000 a month and to get out of my jammies lol!. So I am afraid they are setting the bar too low. But maybe not after we see the whole plan. Perhaps it is a graduated scales like now, the more you do, the more u make? But I guess it does allow for an "off month" (although that would be a pretty off month) and simplifies it for everyone instead of having different volume requirements at different levels. I know that on just 2 spas a week I can easily sell $2500 a month.

I also want to see how the number line up. How does 18 personals and 3 VIP teams support 12k? If they are Sr. VIP teams that is (9k right there so I am sure it works. Just can't wait to see all the details a& run the numbers. Director Summit can't get here quick enough! If you are on face book look up Beauticontrol Spa Directors. Its a DIR only page. I always worry about talking too much on these open chats. You never know who is really listening.
