On a certain task that shall remain nameless, green check marks appear next to links clicked.
Are those for our personal use only? Or do the reviewers see those too?
The reason i ask is because i'm used to middle-mouse button clicking links. When i use this method, the green check marks don't appear :(

Nine months into this and have never understood the function of those marks. I ignore them. Right click new tab doesn't show them either???

Yes, they only appear when you click on them with the left mouse button. They are there just to keep track of where you have gone. Refer to the training video in the hub.
I also use the middle mouse button. Dont worry about it.

Whew, thank you. I must have missed them mention it on the video. Normal left-clicking was KILLING me

FYI - I use the "Tab Mix Plus" extension in FireFox.
This is a great tool that controls your tabs behaviour. Set it to open everything in a new tab and you won't have to right, or middle click.
Any link you left click will open in a new tab.
