Does anyone out there do PartyLite?
I have been wanting to join, but they make it so hard, withthe initial # of parties you have to host in order to join.
Does anyone have any ideas? I believe you have to host a certain amount of parties within a certain time frame :-(

Partylite doesn't have a board here and I don't think we have alot of Partylite reps here. Someone mentioned that most of them hang out on the "best of the boards" board.
If you're not 100% set on Partylite and you'd like to check out The Bittersweet Candle Company, I'd love to share some information with you. Plus we have a board right here on WAHM that can give you some information also. Take a peek - it doesn't cost anything to look. :)

Yes, I know of a PL rep. Her name is Valerie and she's on the Network WAHMs group listed in my sig. I'm sure she would be happy to help you get started and we can share some great ideas with you on the group as far as getting your bookings to qualify you if that's the case.

Actually with partylite, you do 6 starter shows and your kti is FREE. :)
I'm not a rep, but do hang out with a bunch. They are online at best of boards.

I did partylite for a year - I LOVE the scents - but for the area I was in the products just didn't sell - too expensive women just wouldn't do parties - mostlybook parties and those just don't sell the products -- so I ended up driving 2-3 hours one way to a show -
There is a lot of restrictions on how you sell, and I just never had the skills to get reps or to keep the party only chain going - I know there are very skilled people out there that make it - I envy them - LOL I had to move into companies that don't restrict you in how you sell - I really like having lots of choices - I have done very well now for almost 4 years -
I decided after a year to get out - I do miss the scents - but my family loves me again - LOL - It's just a matter of finding what fits for you - each of us are unique -
I wish you the best of luck = in whatever you decide to do - just check out all your options and research the whole stories on all opportunities !!
