Can someone tell me how to return a text to the queue? I had a text that auto populated to me in Italian and needed to return it to the queue but couldn't figure out how this is done.

To return to queue just click on the purple area below the question type in why you are returning it and then hit the purple button with the arrow on it below to return to queue. Just remember the only time you are supposed to return to queue is for Spanish Questions but I guess Italian would be ok to :)

I think if it's in another language completely that you dont understand is just like the Spanish reason but honestly... how many agents can really understand Italian without a translation site?
