So what did you guys thing about the chat? I think some things were cleared up, and some things are being worked on. But what did you all think? I know that their were mixed opinions! lol

I thought the Chat with the Chief was informative. I enjoyed hearing where the money we charged to answer a text goes.
I can't wait until the transcript without the cross talk is available. That should be coming soon.
