How do you guys offer hosting...do you do it through reselling it from a company?

I was also wondering about shopping carts. How are you offering those to your clients?

Thanks,

Jessica

Hi Jessica,

I sell hosting and offer a reseller plan. My hosting planincludes secure shopping cart, secure serverand a ton of free business building tools for the customer.

I also have a reseller program for domain names at www.easywebsitetoday.com (http://www.easywebsitetoday.com) (and it also has low cost hosting available).

I offer hosting through a reseller hosting, as well.

For shopping carts, I generally use ZenCart or OsCommerce and then a shared SSL certificate unless they want to purchase one.

Hi Jessica:

I use a do it yourself system offered bypagebuzz.com -- but, I don't generally tell my customers this unless they want to manage the website on their own smileys/smiley2.gif

They're hosting is only $9.99 and they're not a reseller for anyone. They designed the system themselves so it is not available from anyone but them.

They offer secure server access, shopping cart, forum, message board, and on so I have a lot of features that I give to my clients. I charge them an hourly rate to maintain their werbsite and just pay the $9.99 hosting rate myself smileys/smiley4.gif
