Hi!
I haven't had any experience. I've seen them pop up every so often, but I know it can't be a very large company.
Ask yourself about their products. Who do you plan to market to? What is the quality? How do you sell? What is the comp plan?
Also find out about growth.
But most importantly, if it excites you, you don't have anything to lose.
