Decided I would post the info here too for others who may be interested in this info!

Scensty Wickless Candles has been in business for 5 years and we are growing quickly! Consultants offer beautiful warmers (45+) and bars of scented wax (80+ fragrances). The wax is warmed with a 25 watt light bulb. It gets to just a few degrees above body temperature, so there is no risk of burns like with traditional open flamed candles. There is also no lead, smoke or soot with Scensty Candles.

As of September 1, 2009 Scensty offers health insurance to their consultants which is a huge plus! As a Scensty Consultant you will be involved with a company that puts family first and has a true giving spirit! This is our version of the catalog party. Hostesses receive a "basket" with mini testers and all of the other supplies needed for a successful party. Commissions start at 20% until you sell your first $1000, then commission jumps to 25% and stays there for the rest of your Scensty Career. There are generous bonuses for team and group sales, recruiting and personal sales. There is also the Shooting Star Award that is available to all new consultants. When you sell $500 in your first 15 days you are eligible to purchase 10 warmers for $200 (that's $100 off!) and the purchase goes toward your personal sales! There is also the Scentsational Start Program that runs for your first 70 days with Scensty. There are generous bonuses and recognition for achieving one of the three levels of this program.

The start up costs for Scensty is only $99. With the purchase of your starter kit you receive all of your party testers, 1 full size warmer, 1 Scensty Bar, 1 Car Candle, 1 Room Spray, 50 catalogs, 100 order forms, New Consultant Start up Guide, Scentsy Binder, 4 light bulbs and order bags. Plenty to get your business off to a great start!

I am a Gold Canyon Demonstrator and I love it. The reason I started is because I loved the candles. I wanted free stuff! LOL

Anyways, our base commission is 25%, but you get extra commission from your downline, tons of incentives each month, and more! For example, last month I got a $150 Visa gift card in addition to my regular commission. This month I got an extra $100 for sponsoring someone (just as a bonus).

The startup is super reasonable. There are 3 kits to choose from

1) Stimulus Kit-which is the bare bones. You get a catalog and some business supplies, no candles or product. It's $20. I tell people to get this kit if they absolutely cannot pay for the larger kit. The good thing about it is if you sell $350 in the first 30 days, you get the sampler kit free (explained below). If you sell $700, you get the full kit free (also explained below).

2) Sampler Kit-3 payments of $24.99. If you sell $350 your first 30 days, your payment is refunded and you make no additional payments. You get it free! On top of that, sell the $350 and get $25 in credit to use in the catalog! This kit comes with scent sniffers, but no full-size product.

3) Full Kit-Includes full size candles, products, and all the scent sniffers. It's impressive-you get tons of free stuff and products! You make 3 payments of $49.99, but if you reach $700 in sales your first 30 days, your first payment is refunded and you make no additional payments. You will also get $25 to use in the catalog!

I am also giving anyone that joins my team $20 towards any of the kits!

On top of that, we have the Quick Start Program. If you sell $700 your first 30 days, you will get $75 in free products shipped to you! Sell $1000 days 31-60, get another $100 in free products shipped to you! Sell $1000 days 61-90, get ANOTHER $100 in free products! It's awesome. Once you sponsor people and they reach their Quick Start Levels, you will earn $50 in credit to use on Gold Canyon products for each one!

For host rewards, the company pays for those. A party is $150, which earn $20 in rewards. It goes up from that. This month you get up to an extra $40 in host rewards for qualifying parties. We can submit our demo orders as parties and get the rewards, too! I do this all the time.

To stay active, you must sell $450 quarterly. Sometimes when things are slow, they give us a break or double credit, things like that. Its VERY doable to sell this much, and also earn the free kits. Right now we are super busy, too, so sales are booming (especially with the holidays). If you don't sell the $450, nothing happens except that you commission goes down to 15% until you sell $450 again. Also, you are not required to make this minimum your first quarter as a demo.

Also, there is no requirement that you have a certain number of parties or anything. Most of my sales are online or book parties.

We have an annual convention and also trips you can win for sponsoring, sales, etc. This year its a cruise! When you become a Manager (five people under you and then two of them have someone under them) you get an all-expense paid trip to Arizona! And you are PAMPERED!

We also have prayer child foundation, where proceeds from one line of candles goes to a non-profit that helps children in need.
