Will the R{9 serum/lotion work on really bad age spots on arms? Know they are miracle workers but havent seen anything about working on that- if not then do we have something that will??

Kojic Acid will help fade age spots. The only product Arbonne has that contains it is the RE9 Eye Cream.

From the RE9 patent application, emphasis mine:

[0060] Kojic Acid: In various forms, Kojic Acid displays a variety of effects, including antibacterial action, antioxidant properties of sequestering heavy metal ions that accelerate oxidation, and lightening of the skin. Unlike many skin lighteners presently on the market, Kojic Acid does not lighten the skin by oxidation, but by impeding melanogenesis, the production of melanin within the melanocytes (melanin producing cells) located in the layer between the dermis and epidermis. Because Kojic Acid does not bleach or oxidize, but simply inhibits the production of pigment on a cellular level, Kojic Acid is not only milder and gentler to the skin than oxidation type lighteners, it is also more effective, particularly for melasma, or systemic types of hyperpigmentation, which respond less favorably to hydroquinone-type skin lighteners. The lightening effects of Kojic Acid can be expected to last only as long as the product is being used. When regular application is curtailed, melanocytes can re-commence pigmentation production.

Wow! Where can we find the patent application? I'd love to read all that!

I am 57 years old and have worked out in the sun most of my life so I have quite a bit of sun damage on my arms and hands. I call them age spots...or very dark freckles coveringboth arms and hands..almost a solid mass. I have been using the body serum and body lotion every day since January 2006 and I must say my arms and hands have never looked better! The age spots/freckles have faded and the color is a more even tone. I continue to be outside but the freckles are not getting any darker and the skintone is a much prettier tan. I would say that it works and I have recommended to several clients.

I just recently started using the RE-9 Serum/Lotion again and my arms
are looking better already. I don't have major sun damage, but enough
to bug me! I really like the results I am getting and my skin is so
soft!
