When did you order the product and is there something that is broken? I did have a broken pottery piece that arrived to one of my customers and I contacted the company and they had a replacement sent immediately and it arrived in 2 days. I'm looking to sell NL. I don't have any of the products yet. I'm just wondering how they are handeled. I don't want to be stuck with an item I don't need not to mention, money out of my pocket. I'm trying to make a little extra money on the side, not lose money
