Believe it or not, I have never had someone one to return a produt or want their money back. With that said, our products are 100% money back guaranteed. I have sent an email to the company with your question. As soon as I hear I will post it.

I didn't want to think that we were not responding to you. :D

I believe the consultant manual states that there is a 30 day money back guarantee on all products. The products may be returned for refund or exchange directly to the company or to the consultant. I am not sure if this is what you are asking for.

Yep Teresa you are correct. The company offers a 100% 30 day money back guarantee. The exchange must be done through your consultant.

Hi! I am not sure if you are a consultant or customer. I am reading in the consultant guide that customer returns can be returned for refund or exchange directly to the company or to the consultant. If you return it directly to the company, you have to call customer service and get a return authorization number. I also says that shipping must be prepaid. The consultant would go through the same process. It says also that the consultant must return the product within 10 days of receiving it from a customer. I hope this helps.

Good luck with the return/exchange/refund. I've been waiting for weeks. No reply, no contact, nothing from home office. Real professional, aren't they? :confused:

I had a recent customer that called the home office in regards to the lid being broke and they immediately sent out another candle...I could tell they did cause in my back office there was the tracking number for it. If you're having trouble I would try calling them, they are very professional and I have had no problems at all from them.

I've had the same problems, ladies. Unfortunately, even phone calls don't help. I don't know about you but professional doesn't exactly come to mind when dealing with this company. Sad.

Ladies I am sorry you are having such a hard time with FEH.. Talk to your Consultant & maybe they can help you out with your problems.. I know most Consultants will refund your money out of their own pockets if you can not get anywhere with Customer Service.. Just a thought..

Thanks Sherry. Yes most consultants will give you the money back out of their pocket because the company reimburses the consultant in product. I believe this is the return policy in most home based companies. I was with Mary Kay for 9 years and this is their policy.

Diane R. I am going to email corp. and see what I can find out on your return. Was it a customer or consultant return?
