How long does it take you to answer questions? I just became a full fledged agent this morning. I feel like it takes me forever. Most of the time, it takes longer then 6 minutes. Some of the questions are not easy answers and take awhile to find (if they can even be found...some stuff seems impossible). I''m always in Work Stuff begging for help. How long do you take? And how many times do you end up returning a No charge, can't find it answer.

Some questions definitely take me longer than others. I do a lot of searching on my own then will go to chat if I cannot find anything.
I do not send no charge besides abuse or ones that need more for address/phone type thing unless I was told to by an agent inside chat.
I also always write those notes in the comments area if it is one I am sending na/nc.

It all depends on the question for me. I've gotten them done as fast as a minute to taking as long as 20. It just depends on how hard the question is. I usually don't use the database.

I know kgb_ prefers a response ASAP but do you get penalized and/or fired if you're too slow? Will a reviewer be able to identify that a question probably took a long time to actually find an answer for? Not everything take me a long time...but certain questions take forever because isn't really direct information.

I don't think they do. I'm also pretty sure that if you get to the 20 minute mark, it will bounce back into que for another agent to get.
