What is an appropriate incentive to give to your team to get to DM or AM by the end of the year? Or what might have you done in the past?
Keep in mind I am new myself, finishing up qualifications for AM this month. So I don't have an extremely large business yet. I want it to be a great incentive, but not over the top.
I would love to have a special reward for those that qualify to go on the Areas in Paradise trip with me as well.
What do you think??

Thanks so much Julie! So far it has been so easy to do. I guess it is one of the advantages to having a best friend who is an ENVP. Ha! Hopefully this momentum keeps moving forward for my team. They are awesome!
I know I will finish Area by the end of November but I'd really like to finish it up in two months instead. Thanks for my good luck wishes!

I always say go generous :-). For those that go Area, maybe $ to help with travel expenses to get to AZ (depending on where you/they are at)? For those who go District, how about something that helps them grow to Area, a one-on-one coaching session with your ENVP or a good amount of $ on a Starbucks card to be used to for her meetings with prospects, or a Mercedes Benz key chain.....
