I did my simulator yesterday, and they want me to take it again. It says that I have feedback from the first time that I took it, but all that I see is "the reviewer thought that you could have answered this question better" or something like that. Am I missing something ? Is there anywhere where they will tell me what I actually did wrong, and how to do it better, or am I supposed to guess ?? HELP !

You should hit report at the bottom if you think it was done incorrectly.

Otherwise, we put at the end all the stuff that needs to be looked over. What were the things that were left in feedback?

Unless I am not looking at the right place, the only "feedback" that is there is whether the reviewer liked my answer or not. There is no actualy "feedback" should there be more ??

I do not really want to go and do it again without knowing what I did wrong.

I'm sort of having the same issue. I have taken the test and am desperate to begin working, I need the job very badly.

I'm trying to read why most of my answers received that comment...especially the one where the customer requested their horoscope. From what I understand, you must use their database and supply the answer just as they have it stated but having done that, my question on that was marked reviewer thought it could be better. I don't get it.

For the horoscope, did you put the date on there as well or did you just put the actual horoscope? The reason I ask is because they want the date that goes along with it.

Before you take the simulator test, are you able to practice on it first?
Or does it just start asking questions that count as the test.
thanks

From what I understand, they actually have a whole new simulator system in place, so the test that most of the people on this board took is not the same as the one they have today. In the old system you started off with a real easy question first and then moved on, you just had to read the hints at the top and it was super easy.
