Which WAH companies require a landline and which don't?? I currently only have a cell phone..haven't had a land line in years. I am trying to narrow down my work at home job search. :D

Wow that would be a really long list. I would think that MOST phone jobs would need land line because of privacy issues...I know that Parameds and CLC do not require land line.
Everything that I do is nonphone though. Would you be interested in non phone or are you specifically looking for non landline phone jobs?

I absolutely would love something non phone based, but with my experience I am only getting hits on the phone based jobs. I am a very fast typist..although my title to this thread has a misspell and it's going to drive me nuts! :p

I am specifically looking for anything that will put money in my bank. HA! :) Aren't we all?

I have a new baby due in March so I would like to be moved out of the crappy full time job I am in now and into something that I can do at home. What a chore it is to find a work at home job..:)

Maybe writing or transcription then. There are folders for both on this forum as well as information and company listings in my siggy. I did some phone work when my kids were a little younger, but when they don't nap much and get mobile and more vocal it gets harder (at least for me).

Good luck:)

My current kiddos are 7 and 2..so phone work would be a little stressful.....:)

I just started with a company that doesn't require a land line there calls are routed thru the web,you just need a headset hooked up to your pc, today was my first day taking live calls and it went great, there is a thread about it,you can go to Call Center Switch (http://www.callcenterswitch.com) to apply

hope that helps good luck in your search.........

Natfly2ooo,

Did you receive my PM about your employment. I sent it about a week ago?

Thanks.

PG,

Any PM's that I get, I usually try to return pretty promptly. I don't see any in my folder that haven't been replied to? Are you sure you didn't get one from me? Can you resend your question?

Hi. I am also looking for non-phone work. I only have a cell phone, and have a two-year-old. I have been signed up with tutor.com for over a year now, but they're not hiring in my subject. I also have a baby due in March.

I wish companies would allow cell phones I do not have a landline nor do I want one.
