I knew this would eventually come up- have a new customer who wants to buy but does not want to go wholesale- wants to pay with her cc- up until now- those who just wanted to order thru me pd me with cash or check then I would input order and use my cc.... I am assuming there is a way to do an order and use her cc- question is the 35% how do I get that back?

Thanks for your help!-I asked my upline but they had no idea and said that it had not come up for them and they left it at that-

In the shop on-line,at login there is the option toenroll as a client and receive an Arbonne ID #. This way she/you can order on-line and will be charged the retail price. With this number she could go in and re-order herself and you get the credit.

Hope this helps!

I am almost always combining orders to save on shipping, and usually have someone paying with a card, and others giving me checks or there is stuff I need so I order with their order. Then I apply the full amount of their purchase to the credit card and just pay the rest with my debit card. They get charged their full amount, and the rest goes to me, or to my purchases.

Does that make sense?

thanks to all of you for your help in explaining how this works-this order by itself will be big enough to send in- should be around 250- cant understand WHY she will not do the wholesale sign up and get the discount-well I can certainly use the extra off of the sale!!!

Don't forget if you place the order you are able to take advantage of the 100/20's. Just take her order and credit card information, you have to call in the order. You place the order for the retail items, tell them what you want for 100/20's. They will apply the cc# and the difference will come in your monthly commission check.

I hope that makes sense?

I was thinking you could enter the order online- why do you have to call it in?

You CAN call it in and FAX it in...

But you can ALSO do it online by giving her a Client ID#, and then placing the orderusing her client ID. Edited by: cassandra

if you call it in, you have to tell them that you want to pay full retail price

I thimk Jeni was talking about if you want to take advantage of the $100/$20. Now I have a question. I do not have any retail clients, they are all wholesale buyers. Can a retail client takeadvantage of the $100/$20?

Thanks Teresa. That is exactly what I meant.

From what I understand only wholesale accounts can take advantage of the 100/20's. This is one of the benefits of having the wholesale account.

Now if you have a retailcustomer placing an order of over $250that order qualifies for the100/20's. I believe it is your callif you want tooffer it to them. But rememberyou have to process it under your wholesale account. If youoffer them the 100/20's you can always ship it directly to them at no additional cost to you.

Does that make sense? Sometimes I have a hard time putting my thoughts into words. I am ordering the balancing creams with my nextorder.(smileys/smiley36.gif smileys/smiley36.gifsmileys/smiley36.gif)
