Hey guys. I was just wondering how you should use the cream during a pregnancy. I've been using the cream since August and I just found out that I was pregnant. Am I supposed to use it exactly the same way or do I use it more often or less? Thanks.

Thank you. Yes, it is my first baby. Thank you for the PM too. I was wondering how often I should use the prolief though. Should I only use it 2 weeks out of a month like I did before I was pregnant, or should I use it every night of my first trimester? I will check into that book but I have the cream and I want to use it the correct way as soon as possible. By the way, your photo says Hagerstown, is that Hagerstown, MD? I live in WV, just 40 minutes from Hagerstown, MD.

I'm not sure what the dosage would be, that's why I referred the book. I will shoot an email to my upline with your question- Shawn_Graff (http://www.arbonne.com/people/eoa.asp?vp=graff_s) she conceived her second child while using the cream.


Yes, Hagerstown Maryland... I live in Carroll Valley, PA- same town as Liberty Mountain Ski Resort? I'm about the same distance from Hagerstown as you but on the other side of it. Is that the dealership you will be going to for test drive day? Who is your upline?Edited by: cassandra

You should use the cream every night/day through your first trimester. I am not a doctor, but I have been TTC for a while and have done a lot of reading about the cream and its usage. The book by Dr John Lee will provide you with very good info.
