I have been using the PMS Supplement for months now, I was not very good about taking my supplement these last 2 weeks and I have noticed a HUGE difference in my PMS symptoms. I am moody, craving foods and just not a good person to be around right now. When I am on the supplement mycrampsare not as intense and Ifeel good. What a huge difference!!

smileys/smiley9.gifEveryone around me knows when I am not taking mine. It does make a tremendous difference, it's too bad it took me so long to find out about it...probably could've saved a few relationships...smileys/smiley36.gif

Many of my friends and I have symptom-free cycles. Our husbands absolutely love it! We think it is wonderful, too! smileys/smiley2.gif

We can't even tell when it is that time anymore. My hormones have completely leveled out.

I'm so glad that someone cared enough about me to introduce me to this food science company out of St. Louis. I love their shakes! Not only are the shakes good for PMS, but they work for menopause, as well.Edited by: MyOwnCEO
