What is your favorite hobby?

I also love to read when I have the time. I have a massive library and keep adding to it even though my schedule is so hectic lol. I love to write, embroider, and...(don't tell :o)...coloring (you know coloring books :p). Haha, at least now that I have a child people don't think twice when I say that I'm coloring!

I love to read, write, arts and crafts. I especially love to PAINT! Omg, I bought my 4 year old a little car bank that you can paint, well he painted it, but his wheels weren't completely done, so I had to paint the wheels. He just looked at it and didn't really say much, kind of gave me the look of Mom, you have problems.. lol.. I love to work out too. Especially if I'm running or biking.

Reading, music, customizing RC Airplane paint finish, and wooden model ship building.

Hi! I guess that swimming is my hobby cause it is the best way to relax after the hard working day! I do it two or three times a week! It helps me a lot to get rid of the stress.

I love to read and thus BookSwim. I also knit I have to have something to distract me sometimes and this does the trick.

Collecting recipes! I get so excited when I find new ones!

I read .. a lot. 2 - 3 books a week usually. I also run a networking group so that keeps me really busy.

I used to do that but my eyesight doesn't allow it anymore, even with glasses :( . Now I can do 1 a week, if I'm lucky.

I enjoy reading magazines and non fiction books. I also like playing bingo, and playing games on my Iphone

I used to read all the time, when I had time lol But whenever I get the chance I enjoy playing the piano, singing to the radio hehe, writing poetry. What I do the most now is workout. Not as much as I'd like, but enough to feel a little sore the next day.

I have LOTS of hobbies and not near enough time to enjoy them all but I try! I love to read, knit, crochet, sew, quilt, make stained glass, scrapbook, write and more.

Reading, gardening, designing/redesigning my Koi pond, taking the dogs for a walk. Anything that is quiet and relaxing.

i love collecting new words and learning them...this is one of my favorite time pass or you can also term it as hobby...........

Hi. I'm a newbie here. I am a photographer, but I guess it's a hobby too. :) Usually where I go, my camera goes. I also love to read when I have time. And....I make cloth dolls once in a while and reborn dolls (the ones that look like real babies).

Mine is an obscure one: I collect and study composers' original manuscripts of mid-to-late 20th Century and 21st Century choral and orchestral works (partly but not entirely of modern Orthodox Church music)! :)

I love to do anything crafty with my kids and digital scrapbooking. I like to read, but do not have time for it.

Photography. I'd love to really have the time to study it. Take pictures all day. Figure it all out. My dream and hobby ;)

My favorite hobbies are running & gardening, although I'm not doing either right now.

I Love to ride horses.I love to read historical romances.

My newest hobby is jewelry making!! My sister got me started, I am only making long necklaces with beads right now, but I am looking forward to learning more!

I am a teacher by profession. I selected this profession because I had a hobby of reading books whether on subjects or on religion or story books and loved to share with others what I have read. I still love to study books and I use to. I will feel much pleasure if somebody share his/her knowledge with me on free readings.

I love to read and study. I have read a number of authors in my life. Whenever i have spare time, i use to read the books on different topics as literature, adventure, religious and many more. I also like to read suspense digests as well.

I love rock climbing. I have a hard time motivating myself to exercise on a consistent basis, or finishing a really long session at the gym or I will shave a few blocks off of my jogging route. With rock climbing there is no way to simply stop. You still have to climb back down, so you may as well go all the way up.

love to surf the net and just looking some stuff there but usually tutorials of what i like to learn..

That sounds like fun. Is it a rock climbing gym or is it outside rockclimbing. This sounds like something I may wanna try oneday.

Reading Reading Reading is for meee...I wish there was a way we can get paid reading....(besides emails lol) b/c I'd be RICH! I mean I actually go thru reading 'withdrawals' when I don't read SOMETHING after a few days.

Nothing like a thick novel to snuggle on the couch with. My favorite authors Robert Kiyosaki, Eric Jerome Dickey, Danielle Steel, Zane, Agatha Christie, Dean Koontz, Nora Roberts, Mary Higgins Clark, and others I can't remember.

I read ANYTHING with substance except politics stuff.

After that shopping (of course) and traveling.

I like to go online to "second Life" a virtual world experience and meet other people. You can do anything almost in Real Life. Create your advatar,go shopping,teleport to different places,go to clubs,dancing,
building a business,be a landlord and rent out properties,make and sell things...the list goes on...
I also like spinning records now and then.

Without a doubt it is horseback riding! After having a dream since childhood of owning my own horse, we finally bought two a few years back! I absolutely love them and my husband and I both love to ride so if you call my cell phone and hear wind in the background.........we are riding!!! :D

I do everything with music: dance, clean, bathe, work, drive, relax, sleep (sometimes)...my passion is to have my own studio one day and actually create music anywhere from R&B to alternative to possibly gospel. I listen to each instrument and how it's composed to make a song come together whenever I listen to it...just love it:cool:

Growing up I used to really be into art - drawing and painting. Now I have children who have that same interest so sometimes we'll enjoy a relaxing time painting or drawing together.

Painting and drawing is an excellent and great hobby.It is your good fortune and luck to have your kids like the same hobby.It keeps you relaxed and calm.It needs a lot of creativity and ideas in mind to put in on canvas.Colors have a close association with you.The world is also much colorful and beautiful.Seven colors of rainbows are the most beautiful in world.

Like many others, I also enjoy reading. I like "chick lit" type books, and magazines on parenting, organizing, etc. I guess it would be considered a hobby, but I LOVE to shop, especially when I come across great bargains. I very seldom buy anything at regular price!

I have gotten absolutely addicted to crocheting:D I made something for almost every member of my family for Christmas. I'm currently working on a couple of afghans and a prayer shawl.

Geez, I have to pick ONE!? lol. I love to read but I also love crocheting, painting, playing & listening to music, computer games. It just depends on my mood which one's my favorite. :D

I love doing photography and editing photos. I also play Bunco once a month.

I have a lot of hobbies, but my absolute favorite is probably scrapbooking (or photography - they go hand in hand).

My favorite hobby is taking delicious food and as the result my weight is more then 90kg now.

I am also a reader too that explains why I love to write so much.:D

Oh I love so many different things. I think my favorite tho is a toss up between card making and candy making!

I guess I have alot as well. I collect sports cards and memoribillia. Also collect star wars and other types of colletables from movies,tv shows, or even book series. My wife and girls just say "Dad has an extensive toy collection." They aren't toys, they are collectables!!!

I've got so many things I like doing, but they're becoming a bit boring. So I've decided to explore new things this spring/summer. Sailing, geocashing and finally learning to play golf, leads the list. BTW..does surfing the net count as a hobby?

I love to read every chance I get, however, lately I have found that I have little time. I at least try to read while I am on the tread mill each morning.

However, I also love long distance walking and running. I walk/run through out the week and I usually go for a 10 mile walk/run once a week.

That is my "me time" :)

Working at home allows me to start my day different and embark on things that I normally couldn't do at a cubicle.

I'm lucky, my job IS my hobby. Earlier this year when I didn't have any work for a little while, I made a MySQL database to keep track of my personal and professional contacts, then I was still board and made another online database to share recipes with my friends and family.

Offline, though, I decorate cakes (some pics here (http://picasaweb.google.com/liz.rickaby/LizSCakes?authkey=Gv1sRgCJyi-rjR_Jyc_gE&feat=directlink)), sew and I'm knitting my first sweater!

my hobby and my passion are my cats :) I have two pet cats, and a 9month old blue point Ragdoll kitten for whom I am registered to breed - we will hopefully have kittens by Christmas 2010.
I also show her, and she has done very well in the kitten ring and moves into the big cat ring at next month's show. I am now looking for a potential suitor for her, so when she is around 12 months I will have a stud lined up.
My aim is to produce show quality kittens, so we are looking for a real hunk :)

My favorite hobby is dancing along with spending time with my children. Being a "Soccer Mom" for years I haven't really had much time to myself. Well last year I finally did (while pregnant) and started taking some Stepping classes.

Now, to supplement my Stepping classes whenever I can't attend, I've joined a Zumba class. What an excellent class, exercising and dancing! ;)
