I have a new client that wants to set up an Autoship order. Is there any way for her to set this up herself? When she tries it online it tells her she must me a consultant. I met her through my website and she doesn't want to give me her CC info so I can set it up for her. I gave her the link to the application so she can mail or fax it in to set up the autoship, but just takes so much longer to process that way.Alsowhen I go to the autoship home page and enter in her client# to set up the order it brings up her info and wants me to put her initials in for the autoship agreement. If she does decide to send me her CC info I don't know that I feel comfortable initialing the application for her.

Is there any way for my client to set up the autoship order herself?
She did say she would consider signing up as a consultant but wanted to try some products 1st.

Also is there a way to change your Consultant PIN#?

TIA

I think if she is just a client, she can be set up, but you need to establish a client ID for her.

If she is a wholesale consultant she will get a bigger discount when she is on auto ship when she orders from the figure 8 or bio nutria lines.

No, I don't believe there is a way to change your PIN.

I have not set anything up on autoship for myself- so here is my question---does it go out and get billed to your cc on certain set times each month? and does this count towards volume?

and I believe I am correct- Say I do thewomens complete line- would get the 35% off and then another 20% off - right?

She already has a client ID#Iemailed field support and they said I can do it for her online but she cannot. She will have to fax or mail an application in if she doesnt want to give me her payment info.

Leah- yes, you get your discount off 20%

Yes, it does count toward volume and yes, they will charge your CC each month.

It is good to get clients on the nutritional line and onto autoship. That will guarantee you volume from them each month. (unless they cancel)
