Does anyone know about how long it usually takes to start seeing/feeling results?


My step-mom bought it because she has terrible hot flashes and mood swings, she said she hasn't seen a reduction in them yet. She has been using 2x daily for about 3 weeks.

My mom saw results on the first night...but I don't knowthat that is typical.2 questions:


Is she or has she ever taken estrogen? I have had a woman tell me that our product never effected her and she thinks it is because she was on estrogen for so long


Is your mom following the directions exactly?

I have a client that it tool about 2 months, another saw results right away. I Think it depends on the person & how out of balance they are.

My mom saw results right away. I think it depends on thebalance of hormones in your body. I would say give it at least 3 months!

She has never taken estrogen. I think she is way out of balance. She is suffering very badly from hot flashes, mood swings and everything else in between. It has been happening for about a year now but has just recently gotten worse. I will tell her to stick with it.

Is she on the Menopause Vitamin? If she's not that might help also. I know the PMS Vitamin makes a difference for me along with the Phyto!
