A national inbound call center is expanding its Part-Time (nights and weekends) and Work At Home customer service positions
Hourly Rate - $9.00 with lucrative bonus program
Job Responsibilities
--Answer high volume of incoming calls for major telecommunications and utility providers in a call center environment
--Handle billing and customer care questions
Requirements
--Minimum of 1 year of stable work history or 1 year of customer service experience
--High School diploma or equivalent
--Able to handle a variety of customer calls including irate customers
--Excellent communication and listening skills
--Strong customer service skills
--Professional phone etiquette
--Computer literate
--Capable of typing 30 WPM
--Can pass a drug screen and background check (no felonies and no misdemeanor theft convictions)
