Hi, I am an Ebay seller and love it! Question...my sales have really picked up and I am selling more lately than I normally do. Not a ton by any means, just more than I used to. I have noticed I get a lot of fees. I was thinking of getting an online store but wanted to know would that minimize my listing fees or does that stay the same? What would be the advantages of having a store versus just listing the items? Yes I have looked at the store description on Ebay but still not sure about the listing fees. Thanks!

The insertion fee is .03 cents for items $1- $24.99
The insertion fee is .05 cents for items priced $25- $199.99
Insertion fee is .10 cents for items $200 and above. So it appears you save on insertion fees.
This link shows the final value fees.

I do believe that having your own store can increase sales, which is what a lot of ebayers say. But I don't sell on ebay. I've just been reading a lot about it lately because I am preparing to.

Assume you're talking about subscribing the eBay store.
This is a good way to control your eBay fee. You may place all your items in store inventory listings which cost less, but still have to keep a certain amount (but could be less than before) of auction or fixed-price listings in order to allow customers to search you out.
