I have over 25 years in the IT field and now that I'm no longer working I would love to get a job providing tech support via chat. I don't want to do the phone support. Does anyone know of anyone that hires chat people for tech support?

I've gotten help via online chat for both an HP PC and a Lexmark printer. I'm not sure about the availability of work at home jobs, but you may want to check out different computer manufacturer and printer manufacturer websites and see what employment opportunities and options they offer.
