As we all know $99 is back March 1st! I can't wait to go on BeautiNet in the morning to see the details! The trip sounds very interesting, although I still didn't hear everything about it! The challenges are out ther for my unit. I have to say a $100 spending spree on my Director is pretty good incentive to make it on that trip! LoLsmileys/smiley36.gifI really want those earrings too! I love jewelry!
Consistency is the key to moving ahead with your business. Book 3 and hold 2 spas a week! Use that goody bag at every party. This tool should be used to show your hostesses and guests what they can achieve by joining the business. It truly is all about them!
Flip cards should also be used at your spa parties.Guests and hostesses can follow along as you go thru your party. They will see howeasy it is todo aparty themselves! Carry one in your purse and one in your spa bag. Remember to keep it simple!
The Empowering Woman Magazine: The Spring issue is all about Avon. BeautiControl is featured in the Summer edition! Consultants will be able to order some on BeautiNet in March for a discounted price.

Sorry I had to go early on our call, it was my Director answering my question about going into DIQ and getting Unit Manager. She said you could get the Unit Managerpromotion while you are in DIQ.
So, I am ready to goApril 1st. Also, she told me my Executive Director Angela Brown is one of the consultants featured in the Empowering Women Magazine, and CD.
How exciting!!! Good Luck to us all!
I booked my flight today for Celebration, we can't book rooms until April 1st, and only ifyou are already registered to attend Celebration.
I just found out my unit has at least 6 going now. I am so Excited...

I want to go to celebration, but its my birthday, so I am not sure how I am going to work this all out. I want to go and think it would be great motivator for my business.

Great news Tess! I had a 1 1/2 hour conference call with my Director yesterday. It was wonderful to hear all about her training at Leadership! We are such great friends and I do miss her.
I am so excited about Celebration, the new products and the opportunity to earn a vacation! My Sister will be with me on the trip. Our birthdays are in Sept and we have always wanted to get away. What a fun time that will be!
