I started shadowing for kgb_ at the beginning of the month. I've probably made...less than $8 with it so far. Most of my reviews came back...not so good. Either I didn't use a proper source, didn't provide an accurate answer, etc.etc. I'd say about half of my answers were just fine the way they were.
I just checked my email because I had given up on kgb_ thinking I'd never be accepted as a special agent....well turns out i AM a special agent now. Wow...hmmm.
Yay!!??

Congrats! I know it has been super busy lately.
I say YAY just make sure to try to source correctly.
Yesterday I had a question asking about how long it takes an ostrich egg to hatch and someone had replied giving the customer the info on frog eggs.
It is amazing how many answers agents send back that do not even compare to what the question being asked by the customer is..so annoying!
That and NEVER send a question back to queue always ask in work chat people are more than helpful in there.

See, I always try to use a correct source but sometimes there are those questions that the only place you can find an answer to is on something like wikipedia. I always try to look and ask but if it goes over 7 minutes, I just source wiki, lol.
Speaking of wrong sources...I was answering a question this morning...something about a guy wanting to know if some girl would come to his work today, lol...the person before me sourced Cat Spaying...I was like wtf?

chat is an amazing source of knowledge and help. I have used wikipedia as a second hand source but always with something.
I have only been a full time agent for about a week now. I am loving it. :)
