I am a stay at home mom of 2 girls ages 5 and 2. I am looking for a work at home job do to a disability I have. I currently have no work experience and phone work isn't really an option with my 2 year old up during the day. I prefer computer work. I was wondering if there is any work out there that I could do that would help me with paying bills etc. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

What kind of disability do you have? (if you don't mind me asking) There are some places that only hire people with disabilities so you'd have a better shot at getting hired due to the smaller applicant pool.

I have mild Cerebral Palsy affecting the right side of the body. I am still able to walk thank god, but i can't drive which doesn't help my quest to find a job. I also receive supplemental security income which I am kind scared of losing if I find a job but we need the extra income.

This may work for you since you are disabled. I know that they work with you to make sure that you do not go over the amount of $$ you are allowed to make with your disability. I have heard good things about them from other people.

I've seen computer/printer support conducted through online chat, so that may be an area to check out too. There is a ton of information on this forum and new posts are put up everyday, so you picked a good place to start.

Hi, I list 2 companies that specialize in hiring people with disabilities: one is J Lodge (which was already recommended) and the other is NTI Central. They are listed on page 4 of my Call Center category on my site. Am not exactly sure if I can post the link here, but the general link is within my signature.
Also, if you enjoy writing, there are some wonderful leads in the writers/proofreaders category.
Wishing you the best in finding just the right thing that won't interfere with your SSI,
Annie

I also wanted to mention that I am looking for full time employment and my income needs are at least $200-$300 bi weekly. Hope that I can find something to help us out.
