Hi Karla~
You are required to host a party to earn your kit. For the basic kit you must sell $350.00 in volume in one party. To earn the deluxe kit you must sell $650 in volume in one party. I will email you the flyer. As far as the kits go. Some have shipped out and some have not. There were over 200 people who joined during this promotion so it is taking time to get all the kits shipped out.

It's Tuesday and still no kit for me BUT with the Holiday and the shipping and all the newbies (like me LOL) it should get here hopefully today.

Hi Robyn~ Are you aware that you can track your shipment to your front door in your backoffice? It can tell you exactly when your shipments will be delivered to your home?

On the earn your kit promotion, you do have to pay the shipping, it's $25.00 on the Basic kit and $35.00 on the Deluxe Kit. I know with so many new consultants signing up during the 1/2 price promotion, even the office staff was out helping pour scent samples for the kits !!! Total teamwork !

Melissa I tried to do a track in the back office but the only thing it will let me do is click on the track link and then nothing. All that is listed is that the order is posted. Am I doing something wrong??

Hey Robyn, when your order has been shipped you see it changed to posted t shipped and your tracking number will be in the next column. You would go to Fedex to track your shipment...if you can copy and paste the tracking number from your backoffice or email and go to www.fedex.com (http://fedex.com/). I have to do that myself cause for some reason sometimes the link won't work.
PS: I checked it hasnt been shipped yet. I know you're patiently waiting...hopefully it will be soon they probably have bookus of kits to ship out.

Mine still shows "posted" too. I guess we kind of bombarded them with all signing up at once! :) I have to practice my patience!
