Good Luck to everyone tomorrow with testing! I hope it pans out for all of us who got in. :)

Has anyone tested yet? .. Said it was starting sometime after 8 AM EST

I took my test. It was transcription of the messages. But, every time I finished a task it I heard this bull horn sound . I left the tab up and went to another site and it honked again . Other than that it was pretty cool and excited to get started once the testing stuff is over

How do you get to the test? Do you just sign in and wait for something to pop up? I'm on the site but I don't see anything about a test.

I was wondering the same thing. How do you apply for this? I looked at the site and it said something about sending an email to HR. Thanks in advance for any help.

Are we supposed to just do 3? Transcribe 3 and answer 3...I am confused b/c there are more than 3 but the scrolling bar says 3 maximum!

I was kind of confused about that as well. I transcribed 2 and then answered them both. I'm not sure really what we are supposed to do. I think they needed to be a bit more descriptive about the test. I have a feeling I probably really messed it up.

okay, i just took the test, and i hope i did well. It was fairly easy and i figured out what to do. I transcribed three questions and then went back to answer them, simple. If you are wondering how to do it, just refer back to the email they sent you and go over user interface instructions. Wishing everyone good luck.

I've logged onto their system also but there's nothing to do??? .. Where are you finding the test questions? I've checked under assistance and nothing is there

Here's what I ended up doing:
1. Log in
2. Click on Mobile Assistance (upper right corner)
3. Click on a blue circle with a white triangle in it.
4. Listen to the message and transcribe it; hit submit.
5. Click on start and answer the question I transcribed; hit submit.

I repeated this 3 times. I have attached a screenshot to this message showing what your screen should look like after you click on Mobile Assistance and also showing what the blue circle looks like.

I've got my question type out but I can't figure out how to submit my answer. The original area to submit to has disappeared during my research? anyone come across this?

Does anyone know if theres a way to change our passwords? I am bad at remembering passwords that I don't normally use so I always have to refer back to the email with the password in it, lol.

Next to the question you just transcribed, there should be a link that says START. Click on that and a new window will be brought up. You answer the question there and hit submit.

Mine did the same thing! Except it only happened after I transcribed the message. It was annoying :/

I just went in and the assignments were up some were all ready done and there were 3 avaiable for me to do I just transcribed them

after some reading I though that there were some questions that I was supposed to answer. But now I see that I did complete the testing correctly. As far as transcribing the information. I there were question that I was supposed to answer and search for please let me know ./

I doubt it--although it's likely the company will only pay you for three out of the four questions you answered. :)

I need some help anyone I have been trying to get in to my account. Once I login and click the phone icon i can not access anything. Any ideas is anyone else having this problem. I have emailed them but I wanted to try to get started. I have not taken any test as mentioned by you ladies. Please someone give me some hope.

As far as I'm aware, there aren't any. I haven't seen any new ones since we did the testing on Monday.

I also can not access any assignments. I did however receive an email along with the performance log for the test. It said that we were going to be paid on Sept 15th. You got a whold $2.76. I think i answered my questions too fast, i should have slowed down because it only took me under a minute to answer all three questions and i got $0.75 . Well some pay is better than no pay. I think i better start using the time suggested to complete the tasks, whenever we can get the assignment or questions.

The site is still in Beta. There won't be new queries until either they test it again or until it's open to the public.

"TEST OVER-RUN TIME LIMIT - YOUR QUESTION IS CANCELLED, AND WILL BE TAKEN OVER, BY ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE"

I transcribed it but didn't answer it .The report seemed like I answered the question. . So what are we really doing . are we transcribing the audio or answering the questions? or those are just the tasks that I was given and there will be instances where I will be answering questions.

I am a little confused now , and I am allso a little curious as to when we will be able to start.

I was informed that we will get a letter Monday. They said that from looking at the previous test, that the feel as though the IVA's were not ready to go live. So, i guess we will have to wait and see what is next. I was not able to get specific information about my employment, however the information that was given was general. So just cross your fingers and hope that your performance met the standards. Also, i found out that they need 130 IVA's and are approving them by the batch. So it sounds like they might still be doing some hiring for all of those looking to get on. Also, if you do not want to take my word for it, just log in and chat with the admin. I wish everyone the best of luck. Hopefully we will hear some good news soon.

Hmmm. I'm definitely starting to worry that they didn't get it for some reason. I still have a copy of the email sitting in my sent box. I guess I could email them again to see what's up. I'm going to wait until tomorrow though because today IS Sunday.

Thanks for the reply I guess I missed the first part. I hope they start up soon, or do another test before we go live. I would like some practice. I sent an email off this evening so hopefully someone can give me a little more information on what is going on. And I too am wondering are we answering questions and transcribing work too.:confused:

I took a peek at the contractor portal yesterday (Monday 14th) and it sounds like those who have tested will get written feedback about their performance.

Yesterday's 2nd test was postponed apparently because of the quality of the answers received during the initial test.

I actually talked to the administrator about what was going on with us starting. If you look in this thread you will see what the administrator told me. To make a long story short, because of the IVA's performance on the first test, they do not feel that we are ready. We were suppose to receive an email yesterday informing us with what is going on. I have gotten my bill log and my performance review. They are very detailed. I guess we will have to wait and see what happens next. If you log into the spp interface you can chat with the administrator to see for yourself exactly what is going on. However, they will not be able to give you individual information, the information they will give you is general.

I just spoke with them through chat and they emailed me my performance info and the amount i will be getting paid.

I just got my report back, I did really well! :)
Also, I emailed them about when we are going live and they said sometime next month.

Also, anyone who is awaiting feedback...be sure to check your spam. Mine was apparently sent out yesterday but it went to my spam and I never check my spam before deleting as I receive so many (around 500) in a day.

They said they would pay me today, and never did...... so.... I don't know what's up with that. Oh well, at least it wasn't a ton of money lost. Although every little bit counts.

I got my feedback today..... I didn't even answer the question, the answer box disappeared and I couldn't figure how to get it back. Anyways, they said they were going to pay me for the time it took me to NOT answer the question which ended up to be $6.00??? Strange...

I was paid $2.75 CAD which was $2.50 USD. I worked for 10 minutes so if traffic picks up and I work for whole hours at a time, I'd get paid around $15/hour. That is awesome!

I got paid too, a day late, but I did finally get it. What? $6.00? Wow, I earned 2.75 CAD, and they complained that I took too long to answer one of my questions. Ha ha, what's up with that? Also on the same one they said I took too long on, they said that I answered it wrong. Which actually I answered exactly what they asked, but then they reworded the question in my feedback to something completely different. My other 2 were right on the mark though. So, hopefully the actual clients will be a bit more specific in what they are meaning.,

It really depends on the type of question as to what kind of time frame you have to answer it. I noticed on some of the reports they posted up that it says 7 minutes is a reasonable amount of time.

I figured out why I got paid what I paid (2.56 USD). I transcribed the question and someone else went to answer it at the same time I did. So I got paid for someone elses work because THEIR answer shows up on my report. I told whoever was working chat yesterday about it was told they are going to fix it ASAP because other people could 'abuse' our questions by putting completely wrong info.

So everyone just make sure you answer the questions that YOU transcribed or else you won't get credit for it.

I had some pretty hard questions. I did finish them in under 3 minutes, but 75% of that time was research. Something to think about is that when the traffic picks up and we're all working, we'll get the same amount per hour. We can answer quickly and we can also take our time finding answers and we all get paid the same.

Thank you for that information, it was nice to know :) Now i can be a little relieved knowing that the pressure is really not on that much. Also, for some reason i thought the time had everything to do with our pay. Must have got it confused somewhere, however thanks for the clarity.

From what I've understood, the time does have everything to do with our pay. It says we will be paid $0.25 (canadian) for every minute we take to answer a question.

Edit; But like Khakigirl said, if each one of us answered questions non stop for one hour, we would get paid pretty much the same thing. It might vary by a dollar or so depending on how long it takes to transcribe the question..

Where are these reports that you can check out on the site? I took the test yesterday and I think I sucked! LOL

They pay $0.25 (Canadian, not USD) so it's more like $0.23USD minus the fee (10% I think) so it's about $0.20/minute (someone correct me if im wrong, pretty sure that's right though)

Now I have a question for anyone who can help me. Where exactly do you take the test. I have poured over the threads and looked all over the system while logged in and can't seem to find the right place to go. TIA for any assistance or help anyone can offer me.
