I'm new and my question is if you are a consultant then you only get 4% off the people you personally sponsor. Is that right? Then if you become DM you get 8% off your pers volume as well as8% off the ones you personally sponsor. Is that correct? If you promote out a DM from your team, do you still get 8% off that DM personal volume? Also what percentage do you get from that DM's team or I guess you would call it District.

When you promote to District Manager you will get 8% of your central
districts wholesale volume. Whether they are your personally sponsored
or not, if they are all in your central district(that is, everyone you
have sponsored and their teams are all still consultant).
Once you promote out a DM, they are your 1st Gen DM, you will still recieve 8% on their District volume.

No you don't but remember you get a 2 month building period for each DM who promotes out. Use that 2 months wisely, build up your performance account as much as you can.
Also you will get to count their volume once you are in quals for Area. Up to $10K per successline.

I have a question about the promoting out DM, say you promote to DM in
January, and then in February you promote out a 1st Gen DM, does that
mean that February, March, April and May are all building periouds?
(Feb and March becuase you made DM in Jan, and Apr/May becuase you
promoted out a DM)
Thanks

yes, that is correct. My upline and I had the same question and got this response from Support:
Thank you for taking the time to email us. This is correct, all building months are accumulative so if a person promotes out they would get two building months and then if they promote someone out they would get two more months that will start once their original building months are over. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I promoted to DM in October, then promoted a DM out in November and another one in January. So I am still in build months - Nov/Dec from my promotion, Jan/Feb for 1st DM promoted, Mar/Apr for 2nd DM promoted.
