Hello all,
I'm new to this kgb forum and need help. I started working at kgb in August and still cannot make at least a dollar /hour. Could you please share how you do it that fast and get more $$$?

Also am I the only agent that the full name is showing in chat room? For example Scott Young instead of Scott Y.

Actually you're doing about average so don't feel bad! :) There are really no secrets to earning more if you want to follow company protocols and send out accurate answers. The best advice that I can give is to practice. Reusing answers in the database also may help you to answer faster, but you only get 5 cents for answering those. If you keep trying, then you may be able to may a little more, but like I said you're doing about average. Hope this helps!

It could be the time of day you are working. Like for example, I scheduled my first shift earlier and worked for 1.25 hours and made nearly 4 dollars. But, I also spend a LOT of time on Yahoo answers....so I love looking something up and finding an answer...and I'm pretty fast at it now thanks to Yahoo Answers. Try only signing up for shifts are red/severely understaffed :)

Now about the name....It's like that way for everyone. Although you see "Yolanda Rice" other people see "Yolanda R"....It said something about it in the training I think?? I don't remember where I saw it....but I know for a fact I did. Not sure why it's like that though, it just is, lol.
