Regardless of your business, I cannot overemphasize the importance of setting goals and committing them to paper. Thank you, Melissa, for posting this... I hope all of us read it.

Hi Melissa !!
My goal for Sept would be to move up to Sr. Consultant. I got 6 new recruits with this awesome promotion that Paul & Becky so generously offered us.
I'd like to have my best month ever in sales !!!

Congrats Jill on your six new recruits. I have had three consultants join today. I am loving this promotion. My goal this month is to reach Sr. Consultant as well. I would also love to have a $1,000 retail month. I have about four events planned and think that this is a pretty good goal.

Hi Ladies,
I think that it would be fun if we keep everyone informed on how close we are to reaching our goals. As you all know I am going for Senior Consultant this month. I will update everytime one of my legs are complete and I have made it. I think this will help motivate us and we will be able to encourage one another.

Hi Ladies,
We still have 8 selling and recruiting days this month. I am very close to my goal. I only need one more consultant to have reached my recruiting goal this month. I am also very close to Senior Consultant. I can almost taste it. How are things going for you all? Have you met or atleast close to meeting your goal?
