I have seen that yall have a training program with FEH. Can anyone give me any details on what the program provides? I also like the fact that yall have bragged on the awesome support with FEH. I have not joined yet, just doing my research. I love the look of the inspirational candles. I truly believe in uplifting yourself and others regularly. What an awesome concept!! Any infomation will be appreciated.

Hi Ally,
One of the main assets I think we have is immediately after you sign up (within seconds) your website is up and you can take retail orders and get into all of the training. We have a very extensive collection of recorded conference calls that are there to listen to. You can even download them to your MP3 player to listen on the go. Our new consultant handbook is also there and online. Also, all of our printed material is on your site in the pdf format too so you can easily share via email with your customers.
In addition to all of this great printed materials we do 3 conference calls a week (optional of course but really great training) with 2 of the Supervisors. They are at different times to accomodate consultants in different time zones. A calendar is posted on your back office of your website so you know the topics before hand too.
We are currently in the middle of our Rising Star pilot program as well. These are very extensive calls and materials that provide the "meat & potatoes" of your business. All of the materials are also available to print out and share in PDF format here too.

And if you still crave more (like most of us do) the majority of us are on facebook and if you are on my team, we typically talk pretty regularly. I am constantly emailing, chatting, skyping or just plain talking on the phone most days of the week.

I also just started a Yahoo group for FEH consultants, where we can share ideas, successes, challenges and struggles, I have been in direct sales for 13 yrs and have found this company to be so support, all the consultants help each other out and are super supportive. Once you join, you can find the yahoo group by going to Yahoo! Groups - Join or create groups, clubs, forums & communities (http://www.yahoogroups.com) and the name of it is DreamBigFEH, you can do a search to find it.
