Hello everyone

I'm new to the forums and stumbled upon the KGB opportunity after reading about it on some of the threads posted here. I have taken the challenge quite a few times since Sunday and haven't passed it yet. Many times, I have come within a "hair's whisper" of passing it but no luck so far.

I'm wondering if any of you have had the same experience and how many times you took the challenge before you passed? There have been several times when I've passed the first six sections with scores of 75% to 100% only to receive a 68% on the research. Funny thing is I know I provided the correct responses to the questions. I realize they take an average of all the sections to come up with a final score but it almost seems like the research is scored differently.

Any ideas or insight anyone can impart?

I passed it the first go round, so not really sure how they score the research part. But i almost wonder if they score it as though you were answering a texted question, in which case would not be fairm since you do not know yet what they are looking for.

I passed it the 2nd time. The first time I messed up on the research section. I don't remember if I missed one or two questions, but I was bummed anyway. I immediately re-took the entire challenge and passed it.

Hmmm...I can't imagine what I'm doing that's keeping me from passing it. I'm not the best at math :) but I'm pretty good at the other stuff. Aced the English section every time as well as the Read It and Weep section. But, as I mentioned, it seems like something else is going on with the "grading" when it comes to the research section.

Oh well, I'll keep trying. This opportunity seems right up my alley. Thanks so much everyone.

It took me a few times also, like you I'd be a "hair's whisper" from passing. Finally did, made it through all the training now, I'm a full fledged agent! All I can say is keep at it! You'll get it.

I took it about 10 times or so before I passed. I just did it over and over till I did. It took me awhile to realize I need to google some of the answers. I was just guessing at some. I had the hardest time at math.

Hi...I'm happy to say that I finally passed it! Took the training last Friday now I"m waiting on the Sim.

Thanks everybody for the encouragement...I just kept taking it until I passed it. I had the hardest time with the math portion too.

There is a whole folder full of information on kgb_ right here. Just read through all of the materials and you will learn everything you need to know about the company and what they do.

I finally found the right link and took the challenge this morning :p

It was a little difficult, but I passed the first few sections with 100%, got 75% on the Reading (I think I missed 1) and got a 68% on the Research (reading for comprehension!) and I passed the killer question :D

I'm excited, now I'm just waiting for my training info!
