One of my girls in my Unit has 5 recruits for March 1st already. She is going to pass me.


$99 in March is such a steal and I decided to run a special. For every consultant I get by March 15th, their name goes in a drawing for a Spa Pedicure. I am going to draw a name for every 5 in there.


I only need 2 to go into DIQ April 1st and I am going to do it. I will have been in a year in March. I have some great spas coming up this week. Wish me luck!!!

I think that is a good idea Tess to use a drawing to intice people to sign up! I hope it works for you!

That is a very interesting idea Tess! I have one who has been wanting to start since January signing in March. When I talked with her last night, she was so excited! She already has a spa party and wedding booked. Money was an issue that is why she was waiting. I have a meeting with her on the 1st!


One thing I am doing is auditing BeautiU will all consultants who start in my area. It has been 3 years and I have moved since then. It will be a great team building experience!


Tess, what happens if you sign someone up outside your area? How are you going to work the spa pedicure if they win? Just curious...

Vicki and Tess, you could offer them somthing else, like a free product or something like that. I gift certificate for like $10.00 or more for a place of their choice. Just an idea.


Tess that is so awesome. I am just happy getting my business going. I have one that wants to join if we offer the $99, so that will be my first recruit. Do they get the same products signing up as the ones at other levels do?


I got a cold so if I sound funny on the conference call don't laugh to loud!!! I am going to try and be on tonights, but if not I will make it tomorrow morning if not both.

If they live out of state, I can get online and find a great spa near them and order a Gift Certificate to be sent to thier house. I have done this for 3 ladies on my team already.

Thanks Tess! Are you going to be on the call tonight? I was thinking we should have an outline to follow so we keep on track. Of course it is going to be hard putting 2 1/2 days in a 20 minute call! So I would look for it to go over again!!! Let's do our best to keep it short and use this board to spread the good news! LOL

I used to get my Achiever before the beginning of the month. I never get mine till like the 3rd to the 5th of the month. I don't wanna wait that long!!! LOL Jo, where do you live? In or near Texas? Did you all see we are going to have our own magazine? I got that from my Director in an email. That should be really interesting.

I live in California....my acheiver never comes the same time each month, this month I got it yesterday, February I didn't get it till almost the 6th...........so I never know from one month to the next.smileys/smiley5.gif
