I emailed them yesterday about just that and this was there reply:
Hi there, we're still working through review batches from last week. You should hear back with results within a few more days.
Thanks for your patience,

I wish I did maybe get a review, because I have no clue if I'm doing great, or bad! LOL! How long did it take you to become a QA? Is the money better?

I will have to agree with you there! The last couple of batches I've reviewed are horrible at best. Just remember all you new people, please, please, please check the recycled answers you are using for both accuracy and sourcing because just because it's in the database doesn't mean it's right or has a proper source and when you do get your reviews be sure you read the protocols with the links that we are providing you guys for them. Oh and whatever you do, watch your no charges and don't copy/paste database answers for the extra nickel (There's a TON of this being done right now)

YES, and they are really trying to get us QA's to let them know about this when we see it, so if you are caught, you will be fired, end of story. Be careful. Good call!
Be sure to use this forum for any questions you have, you have a couple of QAs on here quite a bit it seems! :) Use our knowledge!!

I rarely use the auto respsonses . I make my own up as they don't always fit what is needed. But I sure as heck hope they don't fire someone for that without warning them. I've never heard of the "rule" so I'm sure those doing it aren't aware either.
I DO think that they should be given 10 cents for them though becuase sometimes when you are searching for 10 minutes for an answer and then you still got nothing, 5 cents is kind of a slap in the face for all the time you spent trying. I also think you should get 5 cents of everyone one you dismiss or send to op. I take them and don't mind, but it is a few minutes of my time that I am NOT getting paid for. But still doing some work.
I know there is talk about trying to get the pay raised, and even once read there is a petition, but not sure where it is (I would sign it). I hope it happens. I guess cha cha makes 20 cnets a question, so some agents don;t think it's fair we only make half of what they make, and they don't charge. I think t hat is a good point! LOL!

Just a point to ponder: If there are database answers already in existence for a question you are answering, failure to use that provided answer can be seen as gaming. Just figured you may like to know that. We are required to use the database answers when they are available, if they need editing just leave a comment in the comments box for the reviewer on why you needed to edit the answer.

Gosh! I feel a little attacked now! Don't mean to start arguments, just telling it how I see it. Remember that the majority that work are college students. I am not. I also have no clue what gaming means....LOL...Does that show my age? LOL!
I will say this. I think the training is awful . I don't think it prepares you for the actual task at all. Once you start shadowing you have absolutely no help, except if you ask in chat. Just like a regular agent. No one gave me a single review, no one told me if I did anything wrong or right. So I've been doing what I can to turn out the best answers. I do see some people take all the ones with the answer provided and send it right away, and that answer has nothing to do with the question. LOL! I do read and try to find the "right" answer. I guess I just felt super overwelmed when I started because there was no support for a shadower. I thought I would be sending my text to a person who read them and sent it on out then, but that isn't how it goes. I've been working for a month now, and I am assuming what I do is right, since no one has told me differently. If I do something wrong, I want a chance to do it right! I do enjoy the job though. I think each day I get more into the swing of things and learn more.
So on to another question. I posted it already, but no one answers me. We have to pay taxes on our earnings over 599 right? How much should we save back (which is how I'm going to do it)? I'm not sure what % we actually pay. I thought that taxes were usually about a third of your check in the real world, but someone was saying in chat today that it's only 1/5. I don't think thats right. I sure as heck don;t want to get stuck paying a large amount out of pocket come tax season. I want to have the correct amount tucked away! I assume we have to pay federla, state and social security. I'm just amazed that so far no one has been able to answer this question. Even the OP's seem clueless.

Taxes have some many different variables. Such as what state you live in, how many people are in your family, how much you make, etc., etc.
