I applied at Idapted today and
I recieved an email back.I don't know what 'short listed'
means soooo......you may know?It sounds pretty good,but I would not have
known about it if another lady here had not posted it.Thankyou!!!!!...:-)

I applied today also and received the same message. It sounds like a really interesting job. I goofed on one of the questions during the voice interview, but otherwise I think I did really well. I think this would be a cool thing to do.

Just wanted to let you know, I got the same email July 24th and still haven't heard anything... I know I bombed the video test- I sounded like an idiot I'm sure! I think this sounds like an interesting job, even considering TEFL certification? Anyone ever done this?

Hello everyone,

I am new to this board, but I have enjoyed reading everyone's response to working at home. It has been a help to me, for I am looking to work from home. I currently work a full time job, but I am looking to start working at home. I know that it is going to take some time and effort on my part. But I am up to the challenge.

I just wanted to say that I just applied with this company and got the same message. I have applied with a lot of the companies that I thought would be a good fit, and some of them say I dont qualify, but I am still hopeful.

I've always known "short list" to mean just that, you get put on a short list of qualified people and they pick from that short list. Just means they narrow down the pickings to a "short list" and go from there. And if that's not what they mean then I have no idea. :D

I'm in the training / interview section right now. If you are invited to go on ...there's more to do ;-) Fun so far, and challenging!! Still need to pass a live interview!

Feels like a blur..so many things going on:-) I think it was within a month from when I applied. I need to start a list with what I apply to and when. (Keep track of who I hear from and who I don't so I can follow up!)

LOL...I do too.
I started a notebook the other day.I had applied to so many places I wouldn't know
who was calling me if they ever did...haha!
One place said it would take possibly 6 months.Welllll......if it does,mabe
I'll have another computer by then..lol
