i literally am copying and pasting the same questions that i had posted in another thread here (please don't take this a spam) because i couldn't really get any good answers. i think that these questions need a thread of their own.

i am about to retake the simulation, and want to get these questions straightened out:

1) First off, many times I go the "remember that the character limit is 102 characters". i thought that the character limit was 160, right? please explain

2) How do I reuse an answer from the database? I couldn't figure out what to click.

3) How would I dismiss a question that says "What is your name?" (like what do i click)?

4) Are we allowed to answer personally questions (ex "what color is your hair") or are we required to give a disclaimer at no charge?

They want you to get as close to 102 as you can in most circumstances (there are exceptions, like more? questions) without going over so we don't draw out the answers. In the simulation if you read the tips on top it will explain this.

2) How do I reuse an answer from the database? I couldn't figure out what to click.
The tips on top will also explain this. I can't remember exactly what it is, I'm waiting for my shadowing to start, but it does clearly explain what you need to do.
3) How would I dismiss a question that says "What is your name?" (like what do i click)?
Again, check the tips on top, it tells ya just what to do!
4) Are we allowed to answer personally questions (ex "what color is your hair") or are we required to give a disclaimer at no charge?
Check the tips :D

I'm not trying to dismiss your questions or just blow them off, but honestly, that's the only way to answer them. They give you all the answers you need with each question that is asked. Just make sure you read the WHOLE thing! It's not timed, so don't worry about that. I tried skimming and still wasn't sure so I read the entire tip section before submitting my answers. I hope this helps!

You try to keep it under 102, but for "more" answers you can go up to 160. The reason for 102 is so they can add "kgb_ team" and stuff like that on its own at the end.

2) How do I reuse an answer from the database? I couldn't figure out what to click.

you click the recycle button under the question/answer found in the database (or similar question area).

3) How would I dismiss a question that says "What is your name?" (like what do i click)?

There are answers for that that you can find in the database like "We are kgb_, (insert info here)", you dont say your real name, you answer for the company not yourself.

4) Are we allowed to answer personally questions (ex "what color is your hair") or are we required to give a disclaimer at no charge?

I'm not 100% sure but for most questions like that I see people saying stuff like "We are kgb_ and we are a company and dont have hair but the most common hair color is ...". Something like that would work.

That should answer your questions. :)
