Okay- I have had more problems this past wk with blackheads than I have ever seen! I am looking for some ideas- I have been using the esm to pull them suckers out and the tfm--any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated---if this is a good regiment - how often should I do them,etc...thanks so much!!!

I personally like the ESM and TFEM regimen. If I'm having a particularly bad time with my skin, I like to do the masques right after a shower, when my pores have been throughly cleansed and feel open. Or, sometimes, I'll do the ESM before hopping into the shower and then the TFEM after a shower.

should I do this several nites in a row-- or would that be too much? I have done the 10 days to good skin - so I know I can do the tfm each nite- but together will it cause more problems???
and I like the idea of doing after a shower- hadnt tried it like that before!

I don't quite need the 10 days to clear up, but I have done it 3 or 4 days in a row without any problem.You may have to try it a few different ways. Good luck battling those blackheads. I fight with mine constantly but intend on winning win every battle thanks to Arbonnesmileys/smiley36.gif!
