i would love to go but we just had the expense of fling. Maybe they can spread them out a bit. like July for Fling, October for Nashville and and Feb or March for Las Vegas....lets all send an email to corporate with suggestions.

That's how it used to be. I was under the impression that Vegas is in March?

Local event dates and locations are chosen by the directors who are holding them, not by corporate, I'm told.
I so wish I could go..I am very interested in seeing the Gaylord Opry house too! But will have to wait until my kids are older for these sorts of things. 2, 7 and 9 now. (:-)

Quick question on this topic...if you are just wanting to go to the meeting on Saturday, and not stay at the hotel, do you still register the same way or do you wait until Saturday morning to register then? I live within a couple hrs and would like to go the presentation but i'm not interested in staying overnight as i have 2 small children. thanks!

I'm just registering for the event and won't be staying either. It's a short enough drive for me to go there, attend the event, then drive home. I also have two little ones and don't really want to pay the extra $100 for a hotel stay. :)

I'll be in Nashville. I attended last year and it was an awesome event. Actually it was my first Scent-sations event. Hope to see those going there.

I am going! This is my first event... I am sorry but is it only Saturday the 3rd or is it both Friday and Saturday?

It is only on Saturday. They have pre-registration on Friday evening. Debbie hasn't sent out the schedule yet. It should be coming out soon. You can also do registration on Saturday morning from 8 - 9.
